Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, Overlook Studio tarafından sunulan MasterCV AI uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet

Uygulama; CV oluşturma, PDF olarak dışa aktarma, yapay zeka destekli metin önerileri, ATS analizi, ön yazı oluşturma, kariyer önerileri ve mülakat pratiği sunar. Özellikler zaman içinde değişebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir.

2. Hesap

Google, Apple veya misafir hesabıyla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Misafir hesap verileri çıkış yapıldığında silinir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile silebilirsiniz.

3. Premium, abonelikler ve ödemeler

• Bazı özellikler Premium üyelik gerektirir. Fiyatlar uygulama içinde, bulunduğunuz ülkenin para birimiyle gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Google Play veya Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir; mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
• Ömür boyu (tek seferlik) satın alımlar yenilenmez.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
• İadeler ilgili mağazanın (Google Play / Apple) iade politikalarına tabidir; yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
• Ücretsiz sürümde, ödüllü reklam izleyerek tek seferlik PDF indirme hakkı sunulabilir.

4. Yapay zeka içeriği

AI özellikleri Google Gemini modelleriyle otomatik metin üretir. Üretilen içerik hatalı, eksik veya güncel olmayan bilgiler içerebilir ve profesyonel kariyer, hukuki veya finansal danışmanlık yerine geçmez. CV'nizdeki bilgilerin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz; işverenlere gerçeğe aykırı bilgi vermemelisiniz. AI çıktılarını kullanmadan önce gözden geçirin.

5. İçeriğiniz

CV'nize girdiğiniz içerik size aittir. Bize yalnızca hizmeti sunmak (saklamak, görüntülemek, PDF'e dönüştürmek, siz istediğinizde AI ile işlemek) için gereken sınırlı, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni vermiş olursunuz. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden, yasa dışı veya yanıltıcı içerik yüklememeyi kabul edersiniz.

6. Kabul edilemez kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak, otomatik araçlarla AI hizmetlerini kötüye kullanmak, başkası adına sahte belge üretmek veya yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır. Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, şablonları, logosu ve yazılımı Overlook Studio'ya veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Oluşturduğunuz CV PDF'lerini kişisel ve ticari iş başvurularınızda serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz.

8. Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Ücretsiz sürüm reklam içerir. Uygulama Google, Apple ve RevenueCat gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanır; bu hizmetlerin kendi şartları da geçerlidir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İş bulacağınızı, CV'nizin belirli bir ATS sisteminden geçeceğini veya hizmetin kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu yasal haklar saklıdır.

10. Apple kullanıcıları

iOS sürümü için ayrıca Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir. Apple bu şartların tarafı değildir ve Uygulama için bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur.

11. Değişiklikler, uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; tüketici işlemlerinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MasterCV AI app (the "App") provided by Overlook Studio. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

The App lets you build CVs, export them as PDF, and use AI-powered writing suggestions, ATS analysis, cover letter generation, career suggestions and interview practice. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google, Apple or as a guest. You are responsible for your account's security and activity. Guest data is deleted when you log out. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

3. Premium, subscriptions and payments

• Some features require Premium. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime (one-time) purchases do not renew.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled under the refund policies of Google Play or Apple; your statutory rights are not affected.
• In the free version, watching a rewarded ad may unlock a single PDF download.

4. AI-generated content

AI features generate text automatically using Google Gemini models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and is not a substitute for professional career, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and must not provide false information to employers. Please review AI output before using it.

5. Your content

You own the content you put in your CV. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only to provide the service (store, display, convert to PDF and process with AI when you request it). You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights.

6. Prohibited use

You may not reverse engineer the App, bypass security measures, abuse AI services with automated tools, create fraudulent documents in someone else's name, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, templates, logo and software belong to Overlook Studio or its licensors. You may freely use the CV PDFs you create for your personal and professional job applications.

8. Ads and third-party services

The free version contains ads. The App uses third-party services such as Google, Apple and RevenueCat, whose own terms also apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will get a job, that your CV will pass any particular ATS, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Apple users

For the iOS version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
