MasterCV Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Overlook Studio ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen MasterCV AI mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını, saklandığını ve paylaşıldığını açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusu Overlook Studio'dur.
1. Topladığımız veriler
a) Hesap bilgileri
- Google ile giriş: adınız, e-posta adresiniz, profil fotoğrafı bağlantınız ve Google hesap kimliğiniz.
- Apple ile giriş: e-posta adresiniz (Apple'ın "E-postamı gizle" adresi olabilir) ve ilk girişte paylaşmayı seçerseniz adınız.
- Misafir girişi: yalnızca rastgele oluşturulan bir kullanıcı kimliği; ad veya e-posta toplanmaz.
b) CV içeriğiniz
CV'nize kendi girdiğiniz bilgiler: ad-soyad, ünvan, e-posta, telefon, şehir, LinkedIn/web sitesi bağlantıları, profil fotoğrafı (seçerseniz; cihazınızda küçültülür), iş deneyimi, eğitim, yetenekler, diller, projeler, sertifikalar, özet metni ve şablon tercihleriniz. Bu veriler hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır ki cihaz değiştirseniz de CV'nize ulaşabilesiniz.
c) AI özelliklerinde girdiğiniz metinler
İş ilanı metni, hedef şirket/pozisyon ve mülakat koçuna yazdığınız cevaplar yalnızca istenen sonucu üretmek için işlenir; bu metinleri sunucularımızda saklamayız.
d) Cihaz ve kullanım verileri
- Reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA — yalnızca izin verirseniz), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, IP adresi ve reklam etkileşimleri — Google AdMob tarafından.
- Uygulama bütünlüğü sinyalleri (Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest) — isteklerin gerçek uygulamadan geldiğini doğrulamak için.
- Satın alma bilgileri (ürün, tarih, abonelik durumu) — RevenueCat ve ilgili mağaza tarafından.
- Dil tercihi gibi ayarlar yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.
Rehberinize, konumunuza veya mikrofonunuza erişmeyiz. Kamera/galeri erişimi yalnızca profil fotoğrafı seçtiğinizde ve sizin onayınızla kullanılır.

Verilerinizi satmayız ve kendi amaçlarımız için profil çıkarmayız.
3. Yapay zeka (AI) özellikleri
AI özelliklerinden birini kullandığınızda, ilgili CV metniniz (profil fotoğrafınız gönderilmez) ve girdiğiniz metin, Google Firebase AI Logic üzerinden Google Gemini modellerine iletilir ve sonuç size gösterilir. Bu işleme Google'ın Gemini API Ek Hizmet Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası uygulanır. AI çıktıları hatalı veya eksik olabilir; CV'nize eklemeden önce kontrol etmeniz sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. AI özelliklerini kullanmamayı tercih edebilirsiniz; CV oluşturma onlarsız da çalışır.
4. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de ilk açılışta Google'ın onay formu (UMP) ile tercihiniz sorulur; tercihinizi uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS'ta reklam takibi için Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency izni istenir; izin vermezseniz kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterilir. Android'de reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar: Google reklam politikası. Premium kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez.
5. Satın almalar
Ödemeler doğrudan Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanırız; RevenueCat'e anonim uygulama kullanıcı kimliğiniz ve satın alma kayıtlarınız iletilir (RevenueCat gizlilik politikası).
6. Verileri paylaştığımız taraflar
Verileriniz yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla (veri işleyenlerle) paylaşılır:

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. ABD ve AB) bulunabilir. Yurt dışına aktarım, KVKK m.9 ve GDPR kapsamındaki güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşme hükümleri) dayanılarak yapılır. Yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça verilerinizi resmi makamlarla paylaşmayız.
7. Saklama süresi ve silme
- CV ve hesap verileriniz, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır.
- Hesabı Sil: Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile hesabınızı ve tüm CV verilerinizi anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple oturum izniniz de iptal edilir.
- Misafir hesap: Misafir hesaptan çıkış yaptığınızda hesap ve verileri otomatik olarak silinir.
- Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla talepte bulunabilirsiniz; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
- Mağazaların ve RevenueCat'in tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları, vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatı gereği ilgili sağlayıcılarda saklanabilir. Aktif aboneliğinizi mağazadan ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
8. Güvenlik
Tüm iletişim şifreli (HTTPS/TLS) yapılır. CV verilerinize yalnızca kendi hesabınızla erişilebilir; sunucu güvenlik kuralları başka bir kullanıcının verilerinize erişmesini engeller. AI isteklerini Firebase App Check ile yalnızca orijinal uygulamadan kabul ederiz. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; bir veri ihlali olursa yasal süreler içinde sizi ve ilgili makamları bilgilendiririz.
9. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya talep etme, düzeltme (uygulamada doğrudan düzenleyebilirsiniz), silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi cenkay.sahn@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
10. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından (AEA'da 16 yaşından) küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz bize yazın; verileri sileriz.
11. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama veya bu sayfa üzerinden duyururuz. Güncel tarih sayfanın başında yer alır.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Overlook Studio ("we") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you use the MasterCV AI mobile app (the "App"). Overlook Studio is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data we collect
a) Account information
- Sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile photo URL and Google account ID.
- Sign in with Apple: your email address (which may be an Apple "Hide My Email" relay address) and, if you choose to share it on first sign-in, your name.
- Guest mode: only a randomly generated user ID; no name or email is collected.
b) Your CV content
Information you enter into your CV: name, job title, email, phone, city, LinkedIn/website links, profile photo (optional; resized on your device), work experience, education, skills, languages, projects, certificates, summary and template preferences. This data is stored with your account so you can access your CV on any device.
c) Text you enter in AI features
Job postings, target company/role and your answers to the interview coach are processed only to generate the requested result; we do not store this text on our servers.
d) Device and usage data
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA — only with your permission), device model, operating system, IP address and ad interactions — by Google AdMob.
- App integrity signals (Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest) — to verify that requests come from the genuine app.
- Purchase information (product, date, subscription status) — by RevenueCat and the relevant app store.
- Settings such as your language preference are stored only on your device.
We do not access your contacts, location or microphone. Camera/photo access is used only when you choose a profile photo, with your permission.

We do not sell your data and we do not profile you for our own purposes.
3. AI features
When you use an AI feature, the relevant CV text (your profile photo is never sent) and the text you enter are sent through Google Firebase AI Logic to Google Gemini models, and the result is shown to you. This processing is subject to Google's Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; please review it before adding it to your CV. You can choose not to use AI features — building a CV works without them.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch; you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad Privacy Options. On iOS we ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Details: Google's advertising policy. Premium users see no ads.
5. Purchases
Payments are processed directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see or store your card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase records (RevenueCat privacy policy).
6. Who we share data with
We share your data only with the following service providers (processors), solely to provide the service:

These providers may store data outside your country (e.g., in the US and the EU). International transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with authorities unless legally required.
7. Retention and deletion
- Your CV and account data are kept until you delete your account.
- Delete Account: In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all CV data immediately. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple sign-in authorization is also revoked.
- Guest accounts: When you log out of a guest account, the account and its data are deleted automatically.
- If you can't access the app, follow the steps on our account deletion page; requests are completed within 30 days.
- Purchase records held by the app stores and RevenueCat may be retained by those providers to meet tax and accounting laws. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store.
8. Security
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your CV data can only be accessed with your own account; server security rules prevent other users from accessing it. AI requests are accepted only from the genuine app via Firebase App Check. No system is 100% secure; if a data breach occurs we will notify you and the authorities within the legally required time.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, KVKK and similar laws you have the right to access your data, receive a copy, correct it (you can edit it directly in the app), delete it, restrict or object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Send requests to cenkay.sahn@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the AdMob consent choices described above.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will announce material changes in the app or on this page. The current effective date is shown at the top.
